What do people think about Ben Steins “Expelled” movie coming on on April 18th?
The only people who will watch it will have already made up their minds – and they will be minds that do not function on all gears. The danger is that they will then use the fact a film has been made to drill this arrant nonsense into the heads of leaders. If you want to live in a world where we assume the nonsense of the creation myth as science, then you shoudl also live in a world with the consequences of that belief. None of our science would function, there would be no modern medicine and you would be living in a hut tending sheep and burning dung to keep warm. For instance, the science that tells us the universe is old is the same as the science that makes your GPS work. Your GPS does not work by faith, and the fact it does work on its own proves Stein to be an arrogant, lazy, ill informed bigotted idiot.
