What do people in Canada, Yougoslavia, Germany, Scottland, and/or Hungary wear??????
If you are looking for the ethnic slant, then you might look up each country and see their national costumes and then check your closet to find similar items to put it together. Or, if you want to focus on Hungary, you can get a peasant blouse, a floral skirt full with petticoats under it, black boots, a floral wreath headband with flowing ribbons and a white apron across the front of the skirt. You can add a red vest over the blouse and that would be pretty close to the real thing! Hope this helps.
Do you mean national costumes or what they wear every day? Mostly, they wear the same things that anyone else in North America wears – depending on the climate, of course. National costumes? Canada doesn’t really have one. There are the courier de bois outfits (french Canadian, not general across the country) or first nations (native indians) but they vary from one region to another. Yugoslavia has some traditional outfits for men – they’re a little hard to describe so you’d be better off googling up ‘yugoslavian national dress’. Germany – the men wear lederhosen and the women wear peasant skirts and blouses, with little vests. Scotland – the men wear kilts and the women wear longer, flowing gowns. Hungary is something like a gypsy outfit – to be accurate you should google that one too.
