Dr. Browns require a lot of cleaning as it comes apart in 4 pieces. Dr. Browns have a pole which goes down into the bottle to avoid getting air and therefore eliminating any gas. These bottles will save your life also. Remember to buy the right size nipples for 0-3 months and keep changing them as your child gets older. You will also need pacifiers, toys, rattles, diapers (with a knotch cut out for belly button) and wipes. Diapers with a knotch missing will not irritate the belly button. You could also fold the diapers down. Make sure to use the sticky tabs to hold the diaper down also. The best way to dipose of a diaper is roll it up and fold in the stick
