What do Manchester graduates do?
• Anything they want to! Study in a specific major allows students to acquire the in-depth knowledge they need for graduate school or their first job. The liberal arts education they receive helps them develop the broader skills sought by employers in every profession. Based on a survey conducted by the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE), these attributes include: oral and written communication skills, teamwork and interpersonal skills, analytical and problem solving skills, and leadership skills. Career services staff and academic advisors assist students in finding their strengths and developing career plans around their interests.
