What do Italians usually put on business letters?

Hi Vicky, we say Salve but it wouldn’t be appropiated for a business letter (which is supposed to be formal in English as in Italian, I guess.) Formal: Caro/a Signor/Signora Informal: Ciao Half and half: Salve I hope it helps.
