UT travel agencies such as Navigant require a copy of the paper APS form to secure airline tickets. Using the PBS document you must print the summary web page of the PBS document and fax the copy to the travel agency. The travel agencies have been notified of the PBS document and are ready to receive them as an alternative to the paper APS form.
