What do I need to use VoX service?
You need a computer with a broadband internet connection at a speed of 256Kb/s or better. One broadband internet connection is sufficient for our two-line plans as well. You’ll also need a standard telephone. When you sign up for VoX service, we’ll send you an Analog Telephone Adapter (ATA) with instructions to guide you through the quick installation process.
