Use of Kuler is free and can be accessed by anyone with an Adobe ID (the same ID you use in the Adobe Store and for other services). There is no charge to create an Adobe ID — all you need to do is register. If you have accessed any preview from Adobe Labs such as Adobe Buzzword® or Adobe Media Player software, you probably already have an Adobe ID.
