What do I need to use ILLiad?
• Campus ID and Library Password • Your campus ID is a randomly assigned number that is issued to you by the university. Your Library Password number is a number that you set up (via COAST) that allows you to access your library record. The Library Password is stored in an encrypted file so provides secure access to information about your ILS requests. • If you have forgotten your Password you will need to go to the Library Circulation Desk (the counter near the front door as you enter the Library) or telephone 562-985-5512. Circulation staff will delete the old Password so that you can set up your new one. • You need a Web browser that can handle forms, tables, and, preferably, one that can handle frames. Your browser must be enabled to Javascript and to accept cookies. • If you have a Windows PC, use Netscape version 6.1 and above, or Internet Explorer 5.x for Windows and higher. • If you are a Mac user, you MUST use Netscape version 6.0 and above for Macintosh. • Adobe Acrobat Reade
