What do I need to log on to my AT&T PrePaid Internet Service account?
If you purchased a Start-Up CD package: You should keep your AT&T PrePaid Internet Card containing your PIN and Serial Number. You will need your PIN every time you logon to the Service. You will need your Serial Number the first time you logon to the Service. You will also need your Serial Number for adding minutes online and checking your account balance. Also, you should save your CD. Although, once the software is loaded on your computer, you do not need your CD and Serial Number every time you logon, you will need your CD and Serial Number if you want to load the software onto another computer. Note that each time you load the software onto a new computer, you will need the Serial Number, along with its accompanying PIN, to logon the first time.
