You only really need to know the format you are shooting. When ordering a Hot Rod PL system we include a micro 4/3 “cheat sheet” to give you the focal length equivalency for popular formats, including 35mm film, Red One, etc. You can also use popular iPhone software like pCam and Matchlens.
