What do I need to know about the Smart Touch Online Banking new User Identification and Password?
• Your User Identification is permanent. Once you select your new User Identification, it will become your permanent Smart Touch Online Banking Logon Identification. You will not be able to change it, so please make your choice carefully. • Do not include any personal or easily identifiable information in your User Identification or Password. • Your User Identification must be 6-20 characters long. It may contain alpha (for example: a b c) or numeric (for example: 1 2 3) characters or a combination of both. • Your password is temporary. You will be prompted by the system to change your password every 120 days. You will not be allowed to re-use any of your last 3 passwords. • Your Password must be 6-20 characters long. It must be a combination of alpha and numeric characters (i.e. must have at least one alpha character and one numeric character). • User Identification and Passwords are not case sensitive. • You can change your password at anytime by selecting the Other Services tab. • T
