What do I need to know about early registration (March 23 /June 29)?
What is the benefit to registering so early in the year? The main advantage will be having access to advising. Departments have made more hours available to meet with you so you can get advice while you’re still on campus. In addition, most of our students return home for the summer, many leaving Nova Scotia and even Canada. Over the years, a number of you have expressed interest in registering while still on campus due to difficulties accessing the internet while away. This will allow you to get your schedule in place before you leave. Does everyone have to register on March 23? If not, how long do students have to register? Registration will open March 23 for returning and transfer students, and June 29 for new students from high school. You can register online until September 19, giving you plenty of time to make class selections. Having met with a number of students, though, we know many intend to register as soon as possible.
