Verify that the SmartCard Reader with updated Driver has been installed and then insert the SmartCard before installing OtaniumSuite. If OtaniumSuite has already been installed at the factory, you simply double-click on the OtaniumSuite desktop icon to complete the installation process. If OtaniumSuite has not been installed at the factory, you can install it by running Setup.exe from the OtaniumSuite software CD.
