I have a customer who wants to install a wall mounted shower head and a hand shower in the same shower system. I tried asking a tech support guy from one of our vendors and he was not helpful in the least. The customer is set on using american standard and I can’t figure out how many or which type of valves she may need behind the wall. Can anyone tell me what she needs or what information is necessary to figure out what she needs?
