You will need a website or e-commerce application, an Internet connection, and an Internet merchant account. If you do not have an Internet merchant account, you should consider one of our all-in-one solutions. If you want to allow your customers to purchase multiple items in one transaction, you will also need a shopping cart. Payflow Pro is compatible with over 200 of the most popular shopping carts. Many web hosting services and shopping carts already include Payflow Pro built-in. See our list of compatible Shopping Carts. If you plan to implement Payflow Pro yourself, you or your web developer will need to be familiar with web development tools or procedures. For hosting services and shopping carts not integrated with Payflow Pro, your web or software developer will need to download the software development kit (SDK) and developer’s guide through PayPal Manager.
