What do I need to have and maintain DiscoverStation?
• A high speed Internet connection. • A space and furniture on which to place and secure the stations (monitor, keyboard and mouse). • A remote access path through your firewall so that Userful’s engineers can provide remote updates, maintenance, and support. Other than that there is no maintenance. Userful takes care of it all! If the system freezes stations can be reset individually by simply pressing “Ctrl+Alt+Del”. Userful provides staff training after installation, but patron questions are very few, since the system is so easy to use. Online help is available.
