The desktop app provides a wide range of features and capabilities and may be used with one or all of the V CAST Media Manager’s features and apps. To use the desktop app to manage and play media saved to your computer, you will need to install the desktop app on a compatible Mac® or Windows based computer. After installing the desktop app, if you would like to transfer media (photos, music, videos and documents) between your computer and wireless phone, you will need to make sure your phone is supported by the app. You will also need a USB cable, type 2.0 or above depending on the model of phone or tablet, and an available USB Port on your computer. If you do not have a USB cable you can purchase one on verizonwireless.com.
