To register your vehicle for a TLC vehicle permit (“Diamond” Decal), your Base/Authority must schedule an appointment on our website at www.nyc.gov/tlcappointment for you to come in person with a completed vehicle application along with all of the required documents and fees. Please click on FHV, Commuter Van and Paratransit Vehicle Application Form (New and Transfer Applications) and Vehicle Transaction Checklist for further information. Note: Appointments are for Owners/Base Officers ONLY. All others must use the drop-off service. If you are not an officer or owner, you must be granted Power-of-Attorney to drop off.
