What do I need to do if the person picking up the car isn the nominated credit card holder?
Under the Monash-Avis agreement, the card holder does not need to pick up the vehicle in person. The card holder who will be paying for the rental needs to provide an Avis Wizard Number when making a booking for another Monash employee. This ensures that a credit card does not need to be presented when picking up the car.
