We recognize that congregations or a family member may be interested in taking you away from the NFTY Leaders Assembly for a few hours. If you intend to be absent for any period of time from the NFTY Leaders Assembly, the NFTY office must receive a completed Temporary Absence Form prior to November 2, 2009. Please note that this form must be signed by three people: 1) the NFTY participant, 2) a parent/guardian, and 3) the person who will be responsible for you while you are absent from the event. To obtain the Temporary Absence Form, please visit our Forms/Downloads page. There is no reduction in fee for missing part of the NFTY Leaders Assembly.
