You should fill in an ‘Authorisation to confirm a valid blue card’ form for each of the new volunteer organisations that you volunteer with. This form allows the Commission to advise your nominated blue card contact person within the relevant organisation of your current blue card status and entitles this person to any relevant notifications concerning the status of your blue card. If you have stopped volunteering with an organisation, you should submit a Notification – no longer in child -related employment form to ensure the Commission’s records are updated and then this volunteer organisation will not receive notifications from the Commission about changes in your blue card status.
