What do I need to connect the PA300+ to an Epson projector, model V11H302220 that has 1 headphone stereo jack as its output connection?

You would need on one side a male connector that would fit on the headphone stereo jack and a ¼ inch male stereo plug, on the other end of the cable, to connect to the AUX IN jack or two male RCA connectors that would connect to the right and left LINE IN RCA plugs on the PA300+.
