A. Check to see if the tree name, context name, and container name are all specified correctly. Start with one container where users are present. You can add more containers later. If you are successful, check the NAS in order to see if you are able to authenticate the shell user (Telnet user). Also ensure that for PPP you have Password Authentication Protocol (PAP) authentication configured on the asynchronous interface.
