What do I need to bring with me to enroll my child in Paredes Middle School?
a. Proof of Address shown in your name on a current electric bill, gas bill, or lease/purchase agreement b. Copy of a certified Birth Certificate of the student c. Last Report Card from the previous school year of the student, if enrolling at the beginning of the school year or the child’s withdrawal papers from their previous school if enrolling during the school year. d. Immunization Records of the student – must be up-to-date e. Copy of the Social Security Card for the student f. Approved Transfer Papers, from AISD, if you are transferring into Paredes g. Identification of the legal guardian who is enrolling the student. h. Special Education Paperwork, from the last ARD meeting if the child is special ed.
