What do I need to bring if Im coming down for a workout or class in the Health Club?
We would suggest you wear something youre comfortable in, light weight and un-restrictive (crop top or supportive bra for females, singlet/Tee, shorts/leggings/tracksuit pants), sneakers, a sweat towel (even if you dont sweat other people do) and a bottle of water. Bubblers are available throughout the Health club, plus bottled water and towels can be purchased / hired from Health Club Reception. You will need to show proof of ID if you wish to pay the concession rate.
