What do I need to begin using RentPay?
• Direct Debit via Internet – a computer with Internet access is the only system requirement. Your system is entirely web based; there is no software to install. • Direct Debit via Telephone – Our RentPay Telephone IVR system is available from all over Australia. All you need is a phone and RentPay member details. • AutoPay – When you complete your registration, and you choose the AutoPay option, we will take care of your rental payments. No hassle, no worries and you will never have to worry about remembering to pay the rent again. • BPAY Phone & Internet – To utilise BPAY you must be registered with your financial institution for phone and internet banking. Once you are set up you have the flexibility of paying from either your savings, cheque or credit card accounts. Contact your bank if you are unsure of how to use the BPAY facility. • POSTbillpay – To use the POSTbillpay service, you must have with you the POSTbillpay barcode provided to you upon registration.
