What do I need to accept credit cards with Bizhosting?
In order to process credit cards automatically (in real-time), or, if you don’t already have a merchant account, select either our Value Hosting package or our Professional Hosting package at sign-up. After you signup for one of these paid hosting packages you will be able to accept credit cards on your site. You will be asked to select a merchant account that is best for you after you signup. We even offer a very low cost ProPay merchant account. Transaction fees apply to all merchant accounts and will be billed by the merchant bank. • The ProPay merchant account is best for you if you don’t have a business bank account and a Federal tax ID number. This merchant account will allow an individual to start accepting credit cards quickly. The Propay merchant account is only available to U.S. Residents who are at least 18 years old and have a valid Social Security number.
