What do I need before I can order iTEL ADSL?
A. • A compatible computer (refer next question) • ADSL availability in your area (refer our Availability Tool). • For iTEL Bigband 256, 512 and 1500 services, a telephone line (usually the same line you use for voice/fax) is required. Note that, even when the ADSL modem is being used, you can also make calls on that line. You do not need a separate telephone line for the ADSL modem. • For iTEL QuickSmart plans, a dedicated phone line will be required. • Services utilising faster speeds then 1500 Kbps may need to operate on a dedicated cable pair. They do not share an existing line.
