What do I install to use SQL Server 2005 Data Mining?
SQL Server 2005 comes with many components. This describes what components are necessary to perform data mining once you have the SQL Server 2005. Analysis Services Analysis Services is the only required component to install on the server. If you want to do data mining against existing SQL Server 2000 databases or other data sources (DB2, Oracle, Access, etc), this is the component you need to install.
