If you are on probation then you are automatically disqualified from military service. Once you finish your probation you can go and see if the you can get a waiver. Don’t get your hopes up, because three convictions will be really hard to overcome.

With a felony and outstanding probation, the AF will not accept you. The Marines are having no problems with enlistment either, so am guessing they will refuse your enlistment as well. The Army is probably the best place to star, although a felony conviction makes it illegal for you to own or use firearms. . A recruiter is going to be the only person who can answer this, but I would also suggest speaking to your attorney. Lifting your probationary restrictions will be up to the local judicial system..they can consider it but don’t have to agree to it.
