At a minimum, you’ll need to add a power source (i.e. batteries, solar cells, etc.), and your payload / experiment. You’ll want to add a transceiver and an antenna if you plan to communicate with your CubeSat. Plus, you’ll need to program the Flight MCU to run your CubeSat and handle communications, etc.
