What do I do with cash/cheque donations?

Do not mail cash donations. If you receive cash donations, you can: • Bring cash to our offices in an envelope before 5 pm October 15, 2008 along with your completed pledge form. You will receive your wristband at that time. • Write a cheque to cover the amount (made payable to “United Way Toronto”) or fill in your credit card information on the pledge form to cover the amount. Be sure to attach/send the completed pledge form with the correct contact information and amounts from each sponsor so that they will all have a tax receipt mailed to them. *TIP: To avoid registration line-ups on your climb day, submit your minimum $50 in pledges online, by fax or by mail before the October 15, 2008 deadline to pre-register. If you submit your minimum $50 by 5 pm October 15, 2008 we will send your wristband(s) by mail or courier to your address or team captain (if you are climbing with a team). Post-climb pledges can be submitted to United Way until Friday, November 21, 2008 in order to qualify
