What do I do with a piece of mail that came in a plastic bag; but the envelope inside the plastic bag was empty?
Thank Goodness! Probably, the sender intended it so to tease you or he intended to put something, but he unintentionally forgot it on her table. We have heard scenarios of people mailing strange things including decomposing human heads or anthrax granules. What I know about courier companies is that they seal the mail in plastic bags in the presence of the sender and there is no motivation for the courier handler to open the plastic bag to access the contents.
