What do I do when I get this message: “Can connect to hardware access layer: Patin-Couffing or ASPI layer”?
You may need to force the installation of the Patin Couffin drivers. Make sure you have Administrator access rights on your computer. Some registry entries must be created in the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE section of the registry and this requires administrator rights. Please download and run the latest CopyToDVD setup program.
