If an item ordered by you on Samstores is delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition, you will have to notify us within 24 hrs through phone (847-2901718) or email us at customerservice@Samstores.com for a replacement. We will provide you will an RMA(Return merchandise authorization) number. All products that are returned to our warehouse without an RMA number will NOT be accepted.
