What do I do if vinyl floors are wet?

Vinyl floors and water do not mix. Anytime there is a flood on vinyl floors water will always get under the vinyl. There is no way to detect this unless you have a moisture meter. If water is left below a vinyl floor mold will grow. The paper on the back of the vinyl will feed the mold and if laid on OSB or plywood the problem will not go away.
