What do I do if the language for which I want to report students is not listed in the drop box of native language selections on the screen?
If you cannot locate the language name that you wish to report, consult the country/language reference document provided on the Welcome page of the LEP Student Enrollment Tracking System. Look up the country that the child is from and see what languages are spoken in that country; it is possible that the language name has spelling variations or more than one reporting name. If, after consulting the country/language reference document, you still cannot find the language for which you wish to report students, e-mail the Office of Student Achievement and Accountability at LEP@doe.state.nj.us.
