What do I do if the .csv file is not deleting automatically?
When a .csv file is processed and saved through the Batch mode in CTP, the file is supposed to automatically delete itself so that it is ready for the next loans to be exported from FL. If the file is not being deleted automatically, first check its properties through Explorer. Is the Attribute set as Read Only? If that is not the problem, have the network administrator check the log-in status of the PC. Sometimes it is set to not allow read/write access to the file. The Write part of that is what does the deleting.
