What do I do if the biomat or the controller stops working?
Call Richway International at 808-589-2800. Tell them the problem you are having. They will give you an authorization code and lock in the date you called. They will also tell you where to ship it back to. If you have a problem in the 1st year, it is covered for repair or replacement if it can’t be repaired. If you have a problem within the 2nd year of your ownership of the biomat, there is a small fee depending on the size of the biomat: Professional $60 Mini $40 Single $100 Queen $130 King $160. If you have a problem in year 3 the fee is: Professional $120 Mini $80 Single $200 Queen $260 King $320. You will have to pay for shipping to return it to Richway, but they will pay for shipping the repaired or replacement biomat back to you.
