You are required to return the Certificate of Passage along with proof of where you entered the Turnpike indicating your point of entry on the day that the Certificate of Passage was issued (i.e. E-ZPass Account Statement) and a check or money order for the actual fare. These charges cannot be transferred to your E-ZPass account. The actual fare can be obtained at our website at www.paturnpike.com under the toll/mileage calculator. Enter your entry interchange from your statement, the exit interchange from the Certificate of Passage and your vehicle class and axles. The system will calculate your fare, or call the PTC Customer Assistance Center at 1.800.331.3414. If you do not have proof of where you entered the Turnpike, you must pay the full fare on the Certificate of Passage.
