A renewal Navy Federal Visa Buxx card is sent to the address of record the month prior to that in which the existing card expires. Your existing card will remain active until the last day of the month in which the card expires. Please destroy your current card once you receive the renewal card. If you have not received your reissued Navy Federal Visa Buxx card by the end of the month, you should call 1-866-304-1909. It is important to regularly update parent and teen information to ensure a renewal card will be delivered.
