What do I do if my Cryo-MAX® cold pack begins to fill with air?

Cryo-MAX® cold packs can be punctured by sharp objects, animal bites, or other disturbances. They can also be damaged if they are dropped onto a hard surface while in their fully frozen state. Upon damage, the cold pack will first fill with air and the pink fluid will drop to the bottom when held vertically. Eventually it will start to leak. Throw the damaged pack away. It is a good idea to periodically check your Cryo-MAX® cold pack for leakage. Remember that condensation is not the same as leakage.
