What do I do if my All-Access® Visa TravelMoney® Card is declined?
If a transaction is declined, you should first verify the balance on the card by visiting www.allaccesstravelmoney.com or by calling 1-86-NETSPEND (1-866-387-7363). The merchant cannot access this information. If you do not have enough funds remaining on the card to cover the purchase, you can use a second payment method — such as cash, check, or credit card — to cover the difference. Let the cashier know how much you will pay with each type of payment when making your purchase. If your card was declined, and there are sufficient funds to cover the purchase, contact us at 1-86-NETSPEND (1-866-387-7363) to determine why the card was declined.
