What do I do if I’ve submitted an online notification form that contains a mistake? Can I just re-enter the correct details into a new online notification form and submit that?

Email your QA&CPD Unit with the details (ie. activity number and the amendment required) if you realise that you have submitted incorrect information after lodging a notification. Do not re-lodge a corrected version of the activity as this will create a second activity number and result in errors in GPs’ records. Note If you are unsure whether the details of your activity have been processed, refer to the “View ‘your activities’” webpage which lists all your activities and their corresponding activity number, category, point allocation and status.
