What do I do if I think my ePlay total or point totals are incorrect?
Point totals are added and subtracted from your account as you play and redeem your points. If you think your point total is wrong please submit your inquiry on our support page and provide us with your redemption card reference number. Please include date, store name and total amount of purchase. Support will respond with the codes you have put into your records and what you had before and after the transaction.
