What do I do if I require support for TPControl or TPTransfer?
Touch Panel Control has a service level agreement in place to support the AMX channel and there are a number of ways that we can be contacted if support is required. We will try to resolve any issues as quickly as possible; the methods in which we can be contacted for support are: – Email – support@touchpanelcontrol.com – On-Line Support Ticketing System – this is the preferred method as you will be able to track any issues you have posted as well as being notified on resolutions.
