At 20North,we accept returns only or faulty/damaged products. Follow the process below to return the faulty item to us. Just return the items you were sent within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We accept returns only for malfunctioning products or products damaged in transit. Therefore, we urge you to check the physical condition of the order as soon as you receive it. Just one more thing, Items need to be returned in their original product packaging. There are however some things that cannot be returned. These are: • Items that are classified as hazardous materials or that use flammable liquids or gases. • Any product missing the serial number or UPC. • Downloadable software products. • Gift cards and gift certificates. • Prepaid game cards (World of Warcraft, Xbox 360 Live, Wii Points, etc.) • Some Jewelry orders.
