What do I do if I receive an error telling me that I cannot enable an account for eStatements?
In order to activate and view eStatements through FirstFedOnlinesm, you must be the primary account holder. In addition, the account that you are trying to set up may be part of a combined statement, of which you are not the primary account holder. If you are not currently receiving the combined statement by mail, you will not be able to access the combined statement via eStatement.
