What do I do if I purchased my AirAsia Itinerary and AirAsia GoInsure Travel Protection without an E-mail Address?
Don’t worry if you don’t have an e-mail address. You’re not required to carry your Certificate of Insurance to be covered. All you need is your Certificate Number and the 24-hour Emergency Medical Service Number (+65 6733 2552). However, if you’d still like to receive a copy of your certificate without an e-mail address, simply call AirAsia Guest Services at +65 6733 9933 and provide your Certificate Number (if available), Full Name, Flight Booking Number, Travel Dates, Date of Purchase and Mailing Address. We will provide your Certificate of Insurance via post.
